Submit a Story

Thank you for taking an active role in sharing your experience strength and hope. Before you can submit your story, you must request the authority to write an article. There are two major sections that you can write about; your recovery and your service experience. After your story has been reviewed, the Fellowship Services Team will publish it on the website. NA members and the general public will be reading recovery stories online, so keep that in mind when you write it. Only NA members will have a link to stories about service experience.

If we have any questions about your story, we'll contact you at the email address on your profile. If you would like to write for one of the specific categories, please indicate which section you'd prefer in a note at the beginning of your share. (We'll edit that part out.) The current recovery categories are taken from the Living Clean Project Chapters.

After you're finished entering your story:

• Give the story a title.
• Select the section: Sharing Recovery or Sharing Service
• Select the category: Submission.
• Save it.
• Your story is now ready to be reviewed.
• Later the Fellowship Services Team will review your story and publish it in the correct category on the website.

You can write your story online, or copy and paste it from another document. To copy, highlight the text and press ctrl-c. To paste, place your cursor in the text area and press ctrl-p
